Our Refund policy & T&C consists of but are not limited to:
- Upon booking with us you agree to these T&C regardless if you sign a copy of our T&C or not.
- There are no refunds whether services are rendered or not. (This stops time wasters)
- Credits for missed appointments that have been pre-agreed with the business are valid for a period of 4 weeks only.
- If you give 48 hours notice for a cancelation for training and walking services, you will get one reschedule without penalty to yourself
- If you book a six week course then you must keep this to six weeks, except for extenuating circumstances; i.e if you are sick or you have booked a holiday during the six weeks, as prolonging this over, let's say months, just undoes all the training we have been doing and the training plan I have set in place that we follow every week.
- Upfront payments which are required for the six week courses usually does guarantee your chosen time slots and days, unless there is an emergency.
- Photos will be used on all social media and advertising platforms and the agreement of such is valid for all time.
- If you do not wish to have children in your care photographed/videod please confirm this in writing before we start any service.
- the whole family and not just with the adults.)
