Our Refund policy & T&C consists of but are not limited to:
- Upon booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&C) regardless of whether you sign a copy of them.
- There are no refunds for services rendered, regardless of whether they are completed or not. This policy is in place to discourage time wasters.
- Credits for missed appointments that have been mutually agreed upon with the business are valid for a period of four weeks only.
- If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation for training services, you will be eligible for one reschedule without any penalties.
- If you book a six-week course, you must adhere to the specified duration, except in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as illness or a pre-booked holiday. Prolonging the course beyond six weeks, even for months, would negate the training progress and the weekly training plan established.
- Upfront payments required for six-week courses typically guarantee the availability of your chosen time slots and days, unless there is an emergency.
- Photos will be utilised on all social media and advertising platforms, and the agreement to this usage is valid indefinitely.
- If you do not wish for your children to be photographed or videotaped during services, please confirm this in writing before any service is commenced. Occasionally, children may become involved in training basic cases.
