Important Information:
- Kindly review my terms and conditions, which you must agree to upon booking with me, irrespective of whether you sign or not.
- Please sign my terms and conditions before hiring me, which can be found on the terms and conditions page.
- Please complete one of the forms below before booking any services with me.
- There is no obligation to book a six-week block of sessions; however, booking a block does provide you with a discount.
- Assessments commence at £80 and completed inside your home while basic training starts at £60.
- Assessments and training sessions are conducted on an hourly basis.
- Training is completed weekly for the initial six weeks, where applicable (if you are unable to commit to this schedule, we can arrange spaced-out sessions, but the training will take longer than my usual six-week turnaround).
- Homework is still issued at the end of each session.
- Payment, as always, secures your chosen slot for training (subject to change in case of unforeseen circumstances that are discussed as and when they may occur).
- The slots you choose are saved for 24 hours only without payment.
- Wait lists are available if we are unable to accommodate the day and time you require.
- If it is urgent and you cannot join a waitlist due to a risk factor, relocation, or being out of the country, I can accommodate a day off, but this will be payable at double time.
