Pet Sitting/Dog

• This can be discussed at the time of booking, but I will have to bring my assistance dog with me for pet sits.
• He will not be left alone in your home as he comes everywhere with me and he does not need to stay in the bedroom with me. He can be kept in the kitchen/livingroom/whichever one your dogs aren't staying in, for bed. 
• A meet and greet for the dogs to meet on mutual ground would be arranged prior to any booking. 
• This means I can spend more time with your dogs, as I do not need to go home to get get him, to accompany me to run errands/go shopping/work etc, as I still do run other services during sits and as such this is not a 24 hour not leaving the house, care pet sit. Dogs must be okay being left while I am working.
• Pet sits for a single dog is £50 a night (If I stay past 6pm even if not staying over)
• £40 per day (up to 6pm)
• A second dog is £20 per day/night
• A third dog is £15 day/night
• Cats that are housed with dogs are £10 per day/night
• Extra walks: 60 mins £22 (only if can they can be walked together or the rates are for one dog per walk if they can not)
• 30 mins £15 

•  A daily 30 minute dog walk (I may also bring the dogs out for longer than 30 minutes depending on what we do. The walks also may be done late evening/early hours.)
• If a dog is a puller I will need to use a suitable tool that is pre agreed between both parties, to walk the dog/s too. This is to be discussed prior to the sit. (slip lead, nose halti, grot, prong, martingale, etc)
• Feeding  the animals in my care.
• Medication for the animals in my care.
• Games and enrichment that I like to do sometimes.
• Some training is involved as it's fun for the dogs.
•  I also sometimes like to bring the animals some treats sometimes as a little gift from me (allergies are taken into consideration of course)

Disclaimer:

I do not give permission to be recorded at any time during my stay inside your home and I do not give permission for any footage to be saved/shared. This is due to privacy over phone calls, getting changed, etc. If you need a camera to be set up when I leave for work, I am fine to plug this in for yourselves and unplug when back. 

Photos and videos that are taken by myself  inside/outside your home are likely to be shared to socials and used for marketing /whatever other reason needed, for all time

Refunds:

A non refundable deposit of 20% is taken upon booking and the remaining balance to be paid within 7/14 days of the sit, (depending how far ahead you have booked) or it will be cancelled.  Please refrain from cancelling unless extenuating circumstances, within 72 hours of the sit as refunds are not issued that close to the sit. There will be no refunds given if a sit is terminated early by the sitter, for health and safety reasons as per the terms and conditions or if the owners return early. 

Full terms and conditions are given and signed before payment has been made.
